At Vedara, all sales are final. We operate under a strict no returns policy for all products purchased through our website or other channels. Once payment has been processed, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Product not meeting expectations
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases
  • Any personal reasons

Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, except if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Reason includes:

  • Products that do not meet customer expectations
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Sale items and promotional products
  • Gift cards (non-refundable)

No Exchanges Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you wish to purchase a different product, you must place a new separate order. The original purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Defective or Damaged Products Only: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 48 hours at info@vedara.co.in.

Documentation Required: You must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Order number and proof of purchase

Resolution: At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement product of the same item. No refunds will be issued - replacement only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • All health and wellness supplement gummies
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Custom or special order products
  • Sale items and promotional products
  • Gift cards

Note: As our products are health and wellness supplements (consumable goods), all items fall under non-returnable categories for health and safety reasons.
